Client Testimonial

In 2014 I was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer. I worked in the railroad industry for 36 years and I never thought that my cancer could be a result of my work environment.
In May of 2016 I saw my attorney's commercial about railroad workers and the risk of cancer due to on the job exposure to chemicals.
I called them for a free consultation and retained them as my attorneys. In September 2017 they settled my case against my former employer for a substantial sum.
Thank you. You guys were great! - James G, Pennsylvania

WHY OUR FIRMS ARE RIGHT FOR YOU

In 1908, the U.S. Government, recognized the dangers in railroad work and passed the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. (1908). This is a federal law that protects and compensates railroaders injured on the job.

It is the position of this law firm that many of the cancers developed by railroad workers could have been prevented had their employers taken reasonable steps to protect their workers. These claims allow for damages, for pain and suffering, medical bills, expenses, lost earnings, and wrongful death.

We have multiple offices and associate counsel throughout the U.S. We currently are proceeding with cancer claims on behalf of railroad workers against many of the railroad lines including:
